Hilltop Bar-B-Que is a landmark business centered between Truman Lake and the Lake of the Ozarks. We've been serving traditional pit-smoked hickory BBQ for 26 years. The Griffin family owns and operates Hilltop with one goal — good food at a reasonable price in a clean, family-friendly atmosphere.
